    • ​$10 for 2 years, if spayed or neutured
    • ​$50 for 2 years, if not fixed​
 
  • City Hall Rental 
    • ​​$75 per day rental fee
    • $100 required deposit (full amount returned after rental if no damage and cleaned appropriately)

Utility Rates in place at 12/11/2019:
 
Garbage:       $45.00 + 4.62 (taxes) = $49.62/quarter
 
Sewer:            $4.50/1000 gal. - min. 4000. gal/$18. + Sewer                                   Surcharge$9. =   $27.00/quarter                                        
Water:            $9.99/1000 gal. –min. 4000 gal./$39.96+water                                  testing $1.60  
                         + Water Surcharge-$27.92/Qtr
 
Bulk Water:  $20.00/1000 gallons (adopted 12/11/19)
                         $40.00 minimum
 
 
 
 
 
HOURLY TRUCK RATES – FIRE DEPARTMENT
      Hourly truck rates have been established by the Freeborn County Fire Association. 
The truck rates were put into place on December 17, 2001 and revised on December 15, 2009.
The rates are as follows:
Pumper with two department members = $100.00 per hour.
Tanker with two department members = $75.00 per hour.
Ladder Truck/Aerial Device with three department members = $250.00 per hour.
Grass Rig/Pickup/Rescue Truck/Utility Vehicle with two department members =$60.00 per hour.
** These fees can be applied after the first 5 hours of an incident.
